Sweng Plastic Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery

I went with my wife to Dr Sweng for consultation for Ptosis & Upper Eyelid Surgery ( Upper Blepharoplasty) . Dr Ng was very patient and detailed. He answer all our queries one by one with some pictures and demo how it was done and usually what causes it .One of the question asked why some people after the surgery , the eyelid seem like cannot closed properly and have to redo the surgery months later which might be cause by lower eyelid. We did our own research and some colleagues and friends and in the end We proceed with the surgery in Jan this year and everything went smoothly and the recovery was fast and most importantly the result was good and satisfying.

I have visited few clinics before I found Dr Ng, it was recommended by my friend who did surgery with Dr Ng before. The consultation was very detailed. I was comfortable with him, so I decided to do my fat grafting to breast and face. Pricing wise is reasonable in view of the total time spent. Dr Ng and his nurses take good care of me despite my long surgery they all stayed behind to look after me until I was fully awake. I am happy with my body shape and face changes. :)

I had my Ptosis Correction surgery last November and it has been a really pleasany journey with Dr Ng and team for this whole period. Before reaching out to SWENG, I had done a lot of my whole research online and came by quite a number of doctors/clinics, but none of them gave me the welcoming-feeling as much as SWENG, by just the photos of the clinic. Reviews and feedback on SWENG and Dr Eng were also quite positive online, hence I decided to book myself an appointment. Went to meet Dr Ng and he was very ready to share his knowledge with me, giving me all the choices that are available for my condition. Though the session was long, but my hubby and I felt that it was a very fruitful session and both of us felt really at ease with Dr Ng. After the consultation, we were more or less leaning towards confirming with SWENG, besides clarifying some of the costs. Michelle was still with SWENG during then and I was so grateful to her as she was always there to answer any questions I had through our Whatsapp text. We even made an appointment to meet her so that it was easier to clarify some stuffs in-person, and were grateful for her taking out time amidst her busy schedule to explain everything to us. Once everything was clear, we confirmed my appointment for the surgery and Michelle went through the whole process with us. On surgery day, everything went well as I put my faith into Dr Ng and team. 'Till date, I am slowly working towards "graduating" from my appointments with great progress. I will like to thank Dr Ng for always being so willing to share his knowledge, even giving options outside of the services of the clinic so that patients can save money and being such a caring doctor. Also to the team of nurses who I have always met in the clinic, besides Michelle, and special mention to Beizelle who I have always met during my appointments, all of you have provided such great service and ever so friendly and accommodating. I am very happy with the results and will definitely recommend SWENG to my friends and family. :)

I did the lifting of my double eyelid in Jan this year and the experience with Dr Ng and the team at the clinic was fantastic! Dr Ng was very patient in explaining the details of the procedure, the recovery process and the precaution to take. I was glad I made the right choice to select Sweng Plastic Aesthetic Clinic to do this procedure. I read up many reviews and almost consider another clinic at Paragon. However, after reading the reviews online and the consultation with Dr Ng, it gave me the confidence to do engage Dr Ng to do this procedure for me. After almost 9 months, I am very satisfied with the results. Dr Ng was also very meticulous in following up in the post-op consultation and would ensure that the wound heals properly.

I had a fat transfer done here a few months ago and am pleased with the results. Dr Ng was very thorough in his explanation of what to expect in terms of the outcome and wasn't pushy in any way. He understood my goals and made my decision much easier. The surgery went smoothly and though I had some post-surgery complications (through my own fault), Dr Ng and the team were always there to support my recovery and make me feel at ease. They're an extremely hardworking team who really put patient welfare first!

I am very thankful to Dr.Ng and his team of dedicated nurse.I had fat grafting to face and breast done. At the beginning my face swelled and my chin look like a witch - but it was ok because i was warned. Fat was taken from my tummy which bruised and felt hard. Dr. Ng taught me massage and assured me that it would resolve slowly. Now everything is ok. I used to have a broad square face and sunken eyes. Now I have a nicer eyes, slimmer face and nicer body. It is hard to believe at the beginning that fat grafting can do that. I think it depends on the artistic sense of the doctor. I look like an upgraded version of myself I am very happy about it. The medical team has been great. The consultation is always detailed. Because of this the waiting time can be unpredictable. I only recommend those friends not looking for fast food speed.

Dr Ng understood my goals and explained the whole process in great detail. The surgery went well and the whole team was very nice and helpful. Dr Ng was very meticulous in post-op follow ups as well. I am very happy with the results!

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this SWENG clinic. The doctor is just unprofessional. Let me explain why. Unlike other doctors, he will give you a VERY LONG-WINDED unnecessary explanation of the treatment you are asking. The problem is, he charges by time! I’m not sure what his intention was, but it was a pain listening to his long lecture. Maybe he failed to qualify as a prof lecturing in Med school? Or he simply wanted to drag time and make you pay for it. So he spent close to 45 minutes lecturing me on the medical condition. And then he spent only barely 5 minutes looking at my body! After that, there was another 30 minutes or so of more lectures. He is also so soft spoken that it was a pain for me to listen to him talk. At times, I couldn’t catch what he was trying to say. Seriously, I had already read up a lot on the topic. I could get much better explanation online. The bill for my consultation with this unscrupulous Dr Ng Siew Weng came up to more than $350! His actual treatment is extremely expensive. For example, the procedure which I have recently done with another doctor cost about $10k. And I am already happy seeing some results while recovering now. Dr Ng charges more than $20k for the same procedure!!!! ?? Crazy!!! His website looks informative as he shows you the various conditions he performs. But after talking to him personally and comparing with two other surgeons I visited, I find his knowledge is just average at best. The most disgusting and unethical thing he did to me during consultation was this — During the last 30 minutes of more lecturing, he said what I actually needed was not the problem I had consulted him for. He said I suffer from ptosis — a sleepy looking condition because of the eyes. What rubbish! I went back home, looked at the mirror, and asked around. Everyone said I do not have that condition! The trick this @&$! Dr Ng used on me was this. He influenced me to look at a certain direction and then took a photo. From there, I appeared to look sleepy. I think he was trying to pull a fast one on me hoping that I would pay more for his overpriced surgery service. Before I came to this horrible clinic, I had read some reviewers mentioning this doctor will recommend you other treatments. Or how he would deliberately drag your time so that he could charge you easily a few hundred $$ giving you his cheap medical lectures. I didn’t think much of the reviews and decided to go ahead. So this post is my full regret now to warn others to be careful. If you still don’t believe me, just try this Dr Ng and leave your opinions/negative comments here. I am real and not faking it. That is why I have written such a long review to warn others. To further prove I am real, I have posted a picture I took of the clinic when I was there. Ok the clinic environment looks nice. Yeah… but you will be overcharged once you have a consultation with this @&(&$! doctor or decide to proceed with his surgery. Oh and NEVER ever let him take pictures of your medical condition. He is trying to collect all these photos and you won’t know what he will use them for. Advertising? Publish paper? If ever I see my picture next time used without my permission, I will sue this Dr Ng! An honest doctor will not take pictures of you unless you have consented to use his services. I am not sure why others give him such high ratings. Maybe they are fake reviews? Or if you have a lot of money to throw away, yeah maybe you can try him. (I notice there are reviewers from foreigners here.) But if you are just a commoner earning an average salary and want to look better, SWENG CLINIC is NOT the place you want to be in. There are other better honest doctors who charge less than Dr Ng.
