m	michael yew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service and rude staff. Fail to achieve even basic requirements of maintaining clean corridors. Appalled,disappointed and indignant with people that demand money and do not deliver...there is a name for it ~robbery!

I saw Bangladeshi worker holding a broom but busy with his phone? Is that why Ghim Moh no longer GREEN? Just dry leaves! Come on ah! Do something. You think we don't have eyes isit?
S	Simon C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Children's playground at Farrer had smashed glass on the floor and food scattered by inconsiderate residents feeding pigeons, called the council on Sat morning and they send someone to clean up the mess. Good work!

We had found many red ants around the house, we kept washed and cleaned up, but they are existing around, especially in the Kitchen. 11/4/2016, I have called the Town Council, the officer Shermine Lim immediately returned my call in a day. She knew the issue, and arranged the pest control on 12/4/2016 ( on the next day). She keep calling me without fail to update me the updated action they have taken. Our family appreciated the officer Shermaine Lim of her kind action and help. We give her a 'like'. Thank you to Shermine and hope the pest control can find the ant's nest soon (from Nancy Wee)

R	RGSEVEN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are okay but the so called officer in charge of the estate is really irresponsible. I had called the office thrice, requesting their officer to call me back due to an issue from their worker. But no one bothered to revert back to me. Just to let you all know, their worker had damaged the flooring just outside my gate while removing my unwanted furniture. See pic below. The worker was lazy, so he simply dragged the cabinet all the way to the lift, causing permanent scratches on the floor. But despite my feedback, no one cared to look into this ‘matter! Honestly, such irresponsible people should be removed from their post as they are clearly not doing their job. We pay our monthly conservancy bills for such incompetence???
J	James Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service and excellent experience received my the staff. Officer in-charge (Mr. James) for Block 220 is very responsible, responsive and patient in helping me for multiple requests. Props to the Town Council for cultivating talents
L	Loganathan A G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked for an appt for disposal of sofa. Time slot 2-5pm. Fm 5pm chased town council wi regards to the appt. Kept telling me will contact the disposal staff. Until 6pm still no news. Called and got answer that they are busy attending to other disposables. Then why did I fix an appt. Is my time not important?? Why take on appts if they can’t do the job. If the job is overloading , then it’s the job of the officer who fixes the appt to make sure they can meet the requirements. I had to cancel temple mtg for this. And waited for no reason. No point having such service when it’s doesn’t work. Disappointed wi the service by Bukit Panjang town council
