★ ★ ★ ★ ★ food is extremely value for money ($10 nett for this bowl!!) but only downside is they only accept cash. Was rather troublesome having to withdraw cash just to dine here. Otherwise, sashimi is fresh and portions are also generous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was delicious. Ordered the salmon belly and the seawater eel but the service was a complete opposite, or rather the guy server. Felt like I owed him a lifetime of money even though we have never met before. This aligns to the reviews left on their Facebook page too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another average 'singapore' take on Japanese food. Reasonable price? I'm not sure cos the portion was small to reflect the price. The main problem was the quality and taste :just average.
Another problem was the ordering and paying at the till in front. Wouldn't u think, after all checking covid inspection to come thru, customer might possibly get contacted by the passerbys in front of the shop??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value for money chirashi don bowl that tastes pretty good. Tastes pretty good too - rice is served warm topped with the ingredients that you have chosen. Water is free - self serviced.
Bonus deal: if you get burpple membership, you could get one for one deal here or 30% discount off the bill, which is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent quality and freshness at a good price. Fish to rice ratio was also alright. This is a good mid-tier place for a quick bite if you're craving fish, which is an offering that HV is generally lacking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent price point for the servings. Sashimi cuts were fresh and thick. Food was served very quickly. The restaurant has a decent "canteen" vibe, suitable for quick grabs. But, the rice is a little disappointing.

While service staff was not the most polite, but definitely gets things moving, no complains! Would visit again if passing by the area
