★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy from this shop!! Made a full payment of a Fujioh hob but have a change of mind the next day and would like to change to other product or brand. However, all was rejected!! The product l bought was overcharged by $120+ as they also charge GST, so pls be wise and buy elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was actually looking a the products at one of the bigger shops a few doors down when I decided I needed to clear my head / grab at drink first. Walked past this shop as they had quite a bit of sinks on display & went in. Was a bit worried at first but Ms Lay was very patient with my questions and choices etc. Got my 2 Baron bathroom sinks from here in the end & delivery was great! the time-frame given was short (like 30 mins only!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We may not have known about this shop if our interior designer hadn't brought us here. And what a miss it would be. We were thoroughly impressed by Lay who served us, she knows her products inside out, she remembers her prices like the back of her hand. She continuously hit the right spots with her recommendations. Unlike most salespeople who push expensive products; Lay, on the other hand knew we were working on budget so she recommended only the most cost effective solutions. We ended up buying almost everything we needed from this shop. Actually, at the time writing this review we were already planning to go back there again for more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased and installed 2 toilet bowls by them. In less than 3 months, molds started to form on their silicone used to attach the bowls to the tiles. Instead of keeping the areas dry for a day as suggested by them, I kept them dry for 2 days. I used very strong floor cleaner to scrap off most of the molds already. Spent almost a thousand dollars for such poor results. Regretted entering this shop, should have selected the other shop beside it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving 1 star because unfortunately there isn’t a no star option. Terrible experience with this shop. Both 2 Toto toilet bowls, one is installed terribly (see pictures). They put styrofoam at the back of the toilet bowl coz the dimensions don’t fit. Installation was done by the shop (120$ each bowl). And even after telling them, they have yet to come and rectify the problem. It’s been almost a month. Before buying, I showed the salesperson the dimensions of the existing toilet holes along with the dimensions. They even called my contractor to check the dimensions, so I have no idea how it’s installed so badly!
