Overpriced! Everything quoted is at least 30% more than elsewhere. Salesperson also took few days to get back to me with quotation and having to chase them. Disappointing!

Hope there is a ZERO star.. Walked in today and walked out in 5mins. In house brand WC package at $799 with a basin (choose$250 and below) is not even cheap vs other WC of known brands. Most importantly, disguisted by the salesman's bad service and attitude.. looked at phone is more important. The way he answered my questions is condescending and impatient.

Now that our renovation is done, we have time to thanks those that make our home a lovely home. We think we are lucky to met melanie. She has been attentive and informative throughout the process. Trying her best to help us to get a good deal from bathroom stuff to lighting. Trying to fit in the last min delivery we really need and she was there when we need some advise. It never a good experience for house reno and moving house but we are delightful to have someone like melanie. Highly recommended to look for her.

We are trilled and excited when we purchase our first condominium house. However the nightmare begin with our renovation work. There is so much to know, to think and to decide. We have no idea the types of basin we can use, the types of toilet bowl, undermount or top mount sink for our kitchen, table top basin design and so many type of shower sets available in the market. Even though we have engaged interior design firm but we really want to do something since it our first house. We began our journey of visiting a few shop hoping to get some information or idea of what to do but to our disappointment most of the shop although is polite to our desire to know more, they aren't really to help. Till we meet Melanie on a weekday when we step into Wasser Bath, she is helpful, patience and most importantly willing to hear what we say. Although she might not know everything as she is quite junior but she help to ask around. It a wonderful learning experience and we went over 5 time before we finalized the product we want for our bathroom, kitchen and lighting. Everything went quite smoothly with some hip up but eventually when reno is done. We are really happy and satisficed with it. Thank you Melanie, you are the best.

My first time doing adulting duties and purchasing sanitary ware for my new house. Ended up buying everything I needed from them, from taps, to shower heads to toilet bowls. Special thanks to Space and colleagues for helping out! Its really a one stop shop for first time home owners and very happy for the honesty which I must say, the previous shops that I've visited while surveying wasn't!

ZERO STAR IF THERE IS A BUTTON TO CLICK The toilet flushing system faulty and when requested repair, service man said 'is like that'. Brought two toilet bowls and a few accessories. One can flush with just one press. The other ones, got to press long and service man claimed 'is like that'. Worst after sales service I ever received. The two toilet bowls (entire) that I brought were even replaced due to design fault. If the toilet bowls have fault in its design, please don't sell to customers. Absolutely lousy after sales service. I see some of the reviews, appraisals were made during sales but not the after sales services. I think the quality of products and after sales service are more important to what customer received rather than sales services.

Went shopping for bathroom essentials and put ID recommended this place to us, was served by David who was pretty good at showing us the options we were looking for. Pretty good discounts closed the deal for us too

Really attractive promotional package by Wasser. Price point is reasonable compared to the other shops that i went to. I really like their fuss-free installation, and they ensure cleanliness of the area after installation. Special thanks to Space for helping to coordinate everything. After-sales service is great too, patiently answering my never-ending queries. 10/10
