Dr Jeremy Hong is very polite and efficient. There is always a queue at his clinic but his bedside manner compensates for that. Simple clinic.

This clinic is unprofessional. Receptionist had made a mistake during registration, did not check the change of medical card yet confronted my previous employer late at night on integrity issue. They insisted that they made many calls to me but in fact there were only 3 calls, they did not bother to text. He assumed I rejected their calls as I remember their number. Late at night, Dr Hong ignorantly questioned my previous employer that the address in NRIC should be the default staying address. He was rude and sarcastic with his questions. What answer does he expect to know from a receptionist when the coporate office is not operating at night? To defame someone and make be satisfied? I thought age grows with wisdom and maturity? Honestly speaking, why would i travel from another place to tampines just to take his mc? Is the clinic famous? No. I did not pick up as I thought it was some marketing calls. Did he verify? No. They did not apologize for their careless mistake, and tried to laugh it off. They did not recover money through proper channel. Though I'm not affected but an incident like this may indirectly caused someone's job since not many would return call from house number unless they are changing job. Lol. Well, I've visited the clinic less than 15 times and it will be my last time there. If you can accept unprofessionalism, you may visit at your own risk.

Doctor is brilliant and cheap. Prescriptions are good. Receptionist aren’t the best.. especially if they are busy… Not professional at all.

It is a simple clinic, nothing fancy. The doctor (Dr Hong) is very friendly and efficient with his work. Had been visiting this family clinic for last 7 years and I have no negative comments to add.

Dr Hong is a dutiful doctor who will help patients beyond their diagnosis. Although I ran into some issues with the admin and referral to the hospital, he helped out after a phone call to help get the necessary documents. Thank you.

Doctor is fine, the 2 receptionist aunties are the worst and unprofessional. Talking to each other while there’s a queue and a busy time, taking their own sweet time to slowly dispense the medicine while there’s a lot of people waiting. Bad attitude at customers.

Dr. Hong indeed is a caring and professional family doctor. His care and love for clients extends beyond and inclusive towards his staff nurses. They hardly speak words of "sorry, thank you, good bye or take care" or smile at counter duty. Perfection!

Friendly, experienced and informative Doctor. He is a senior and still serving the community, salute to dr. Hong. Did a general check up to at their clinic, very affordable for so many parameters checked (blood & urine). The receptionists might not be the type like you meet in hospital, but they being effective and respectful to the patients.
