I need to give credit when credit is due. This is one of the most amazing, trustworthy and professional maid agency as you can get. My family and I have been using this maid agency for many years. So my parents' older helper went back before the COVID outbreak. So my parents wanted to get a new helper from Indonesia, and they already paid deposit for the helper etc. Because of the lockdown in Indo and SG, the helper couldn't come out. My parents being understanding didn't chase the agency for the deposit or a new helper. About 1 year later, the agency sent their employee to my parents' house to return the deposit back to them. This is AMAZING and I cannot emphasize how professional and trustworthy this is. A lot of agencies would have forfeited the deposit already. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this maid agency. I only can hope they can stick around as long as possible. (I cannot vouch for the quality of the helper, as this is REALLY YOUR LUCK as we all know)
