★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought over $500 of product, salesperson recommended another long pillow but the colour available isn't what i wanted, but he ask me to buy as he promise to give the extra cover the colour i wanted next week as now the colour is not available in the shop. When i went back the next week to collect he told me can't give me the free cover as they have new policy.
Is not the matter of price of the case but the promise from a retailer. If you did not promise i wouldn't have bought the long pillow which is not the colour i wanted in the first place.
