Gym crowd is also friendly, which helps to foster a great atmosphere and makes you look forward to every session. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome and huge gym with lots of equipment and space to work out. I believe you can find almost every single type of machine here for your workouts. Alvin gave us the tour when we first came to the gym and we instantly signed up for an annual membership after that. Alvin is super helpful and friendly and I would like to thank him for his advice on the proper forms for some of the workouts we do.
Kudos to the whole team there and definitely one of the best gyms around!

Been training under Fitness trainer, Aidid. Very knowledgeable and knows how to counter my degenerative back bone issue and asthma throughout my PT sessions. Kudos to him and the team!! ?

Staff here are friendly & helpful.
They willing to assist you in any workout related.
