★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Saizeriya HometeamNS Khatib on 7 July 2022 for late dinner.
The steak ordered was mostly cartilage and fat? Almost inedible. Furthermore, the steak was half the size (compared to the usual). I’m not sure what was wrong with the kitchen on this particular day.
The drink machine was faulty. All the carbonated drinks were out of gas. I had reported it to the manager and he had taken back the drink but didn’t return with a fresh drink.
Moreover, the manager also served the food in a unprofessional manner where he stretched over the cabin wall instead of coming around to the table.
Honestly, I’m utterly disappointed with the food and service today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, staffs are friendly and great food for the price, had a bacon risotto but there is no refillable drinks due to covid restrictions, should be the same for all saizeriya location. Would suggest to just buy the drinks at other locations if you really want to save money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service support. Ordered delivery for Aglio Olio Shrimp and Broccoli Pasta. They delivered to me a wrong item which is the Vongole. Called them but person who answered the call insisted that they didnt have my order number and ask me to call customer service for refund. Ridiculous! I used to order from them many times but never again after this incident!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff who were always watching out for my (active) toddler's safety. Nice food at value pricing and a clean environment. Pretty deserted on a weekday evening though. Would gladly visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had our lunch with the kids during the weekend. As usual, they enjoyed their pasta and pizza served to them. In addition, I will like to convey my sincere thanks to the staffs and also praise the honesty of the staffs who found my tablet and kept it in safe possesion until i collected it back. There are valuable information inside the tablet which are of great importance to me. You guys rock! Thank you so much! ??????

Lunch sets are nice and value for money.
The dessert as shown in the photos, are very different from the photo in the menu. Taste okay though.
