It took half an hour just for someone to attend me and then after another two hours no response . Then I checked at counter how much more time it is going to take and they said another one hour. Whole day waisted just for simple regular 30k km service! What is point of booking for service if it takes more than 4 hours !

They were very quick to offer a paint repair without disputing and even discuss in detail how to arrange to drop off the car for the repair. At the same time did my 1K servicing. The Service Staff were highly professional and gave good insight on maintenance. Friendly staff, well equipped reception area and very organized maintenance bay. Helen, Lily, Aneka and David provided exceptional service, at less in my opinion as someone who work in the customer support line.
