The lady at the counter was very nice and the staff who took over my car was also very prompt, professional and very friendly answering my queries. The technician who serviced my car was pretty fast. Came late for my 8:15am appointment today at close to 8:30am. Servicing done at 11ish. The technician was the fastest out of the 2 other centres I did my servicing with. Washed and vacuumed pretty thoroughly too. The only not so good part is that the centre is pretty small, so the waiting area is just 3 chairs, tv and a water dispenser with 3in1 coffee and some biscuits on top. Adam food centre is just a short walkin distance away, so no issue i guess.

The manager is very polite and attends to the customer personally. The service station is also very easily accessible by MRT; just next to the Botannic Gardens station.
