★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner happen to find this stall while doing research for dinner. At first look the shop doesn't look much impressive from the outside but I can't judge it just based on the look but the taste that is matter. My god the food is impressive. What you see is what you get man! Forget the McD's burger that always give u a false hope when it arrived to your tray but this this is freaking real. I swear that one bowl isn't good enough for me that I tempted to order the 2nd round of noodles.
What more impressive is that this chef is a one man show. Cleaning, cooking, ordering and etc all by the man himself. So when you guys come here please lend a hand to clear the trays on the table or put it at the designated area after you finish for others convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This one-man show is unassuming but delivers big time on taste. It has become a weekly stop for me. The ban mian is very solid. With that said, I think the secret star is the pan-fried dumpling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here wanting to try the salted egg pork rib a few stalls down but it was full house. So decided to give this a try instead. Ordered the you mian and fried dumpling (6 pieces), each priced at $4. Price is quite reasonable and I enjoyed the you mian (noodles were well cooked). The fried dumplings didn't taste so good, so maybe should have chosen to order the pan-fried instead as it seems to be the recommended dish here. Do note it's a one-man show here, with the boss doing the ordering, cooking, cashier, and clearing of plates. Would be good to help bring your bowls and plates to the clearing area in the back so it's easier for the uncle. Will be a good place to try out if you are in the area.
