The impoliteness and unfriendly staff seems to be a consistent thing in this restaurant. I ordered a takeaway yesterday and I wanted to order a few skewer meat on top of my beef rice and beef hor fun order. However, the rude staff raised her voice and said that they sell a minimum of 5 skewers which I didn't know and which she could have told me nicely. I wanted to pay using paylah after that and asked her how much was it and she rudely replied to me that she had already told me the price before and that she had given me the receipt. I told her that she didn't give me anything, subsequently she looked at her hand and she was holding it all along. The basic courtesy is to apologise and give me the receipt (which she accused me of holding) but she didn't. After about 10 minutes, she came out with 2 bags of food and asked me what did I order, I told her my order and took one of the bag. She then asked another customer if he had ordered the other bag of food which he declined. I then proceeded to help her by pointing to another customer as he was the person that ordered after me and I overheard his order. This same staff thought that I got my order mixed up and started to raise her voice again as she thought that I wanted that other bag of food. I am not sure what is wrong with her attitude but the only thing that is making me come back is their food.

Horrible experience at this place. Waiter (short haired female) was caught by me dropping a skewer into the dustbin and she stared at me for a moment but yet she placed it back onto the plate before serving it to her customers. When it came to my plate of skewers, she used a used plate which somebody else ate off from to count the sticks. Absolutely 0 sense of hygiene amidst this pandemic. All happened in the same visit btw! Probably not the first time and definitely not the last. One thing for sure it’s the last time for me there! Also heard a story of her giving my friend a used fork and she claimed it was cause of the sauce of the dish when my friends evidently saw her taking it out from the used pile! Outrageous Also, they have a tendency to screw up your orders and double it and she’ll argue with you that you ordered 2 sets of everything. Worst service I’ve ever come across. UPDATE: Heres a pic from an unknown source that is after this incident. The owner claims that the worker has been fired but she was still spotted and the same old trashy hygiene is back. Plates are still being reused evidently from the picture. I guess they really don't seem to learn their lesson and really are asking for this to blow up!

Extremely horrible service and unqualified sanitation. Steel wire was found in the dumplings. The lady boss was so rude... She said it is completely normal because they wash the pot with steel wool . Steel wire in dumplings is normal？？？ It's totally dangerous！！！It hurt me！！！ She took away the dumplings immediately without any apologize. We would like to discuss with her about the issue. She refused to talk with really bad attitude . Really disappointed about this restaurant. Hope some relevant departments can investigate the current condition.

I enjoy walking up to the fridge and taking my own drinks, as if it is my own house... also, good food...

Service was good as they provided as with plates and bowls without us asking. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the pork belly, chicken and mantou skewers. Very tender and grilled nicely. Don't be intimidated by the interior, the price is affordable (e.g. $1 for chicken skewer). Spent around $17 per pax.

Quite a good place to have Chinese food. A little bit down side compares to those well-known restaurants. However, still acceptable??????

Terrible experience!! The bullfrog is raw！So much blood, it's disgusting！！ When we ask the lady boss to get a new one for us, she said it should be like that and refused. Never come here if you don't want to throw up！！！
