Got a recommendation from a close friend of mine and went to Hong Seh Motors, which is an established and reputable name in the industry. Was served by an excellent sales person Martin. He was meticulous and is able to address all my queries. His excellent attitude and knowledges impressed me much. Got a new mercedes sedan from him and the process was smooth and assuring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Tesla model 3 with paint work colour difference . Left the car to service advisor Sam for 3 days to rectify but nothing done only did polishing on driver door and claimed all settled but in fact worsen the issue. After sales manager Julius came into picture and painted a beautiful solution to me. He will get professional painter to come and measure using colour meter and arrange for my car to be tow in with replacement car given.
After 2 months of waiting in vain, no follow up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous service. Putting your nose up in the air at customers who have even yet to enquire properly about anything is a sure fire way to lose business. Maybe there is a common theme and reason as to why Maserati and Ferrari abandoned this dealership when you have people working here who lack common sensibility, normal civility and basic respect and manners. Keep it up with your 100% markups on service and parts on the marine side too, and that will probably stop seeing the light of day soon as well.
