I was very impressive with his friendly customer service and professionalism. The conditions of the car was cleaned and well-maintained, and he promised to replace the back solar film and side wiper and got new car camera installed, so 30 minutes later, I decided to confirm the purchase! And then submitted car loan online immediately and bank loan was approved on the next day! On 02-Jun-2022, car insurance was ready and car ownership transferred on 03-Jun-2022 and finally I drove away car happily on the same day!. In the past, always reading a lot of bad experiences from car buyers, but I feel very fortunate to purchase car from VINCAR Pre-Owned (The Alexcier) ! Very satisfied with Samuel’s services also, keep up the good services!

He was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. We had seen a few similar models before and as such we knew that he was not trying to fluff the car specifications or to downplay the detriments of the car. He was very truthful about the pros and cons. When it came to setting an offer, we gave our price and we could see that he tried his best to attain the offer that we gave.
