He was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. In addition to fixing the noise issue, he also helped to adjust other parts of the bikes and gave me great advice on riding and saddle position. Talk about going above and beyond! The areas around his shop is big enough to actually do ride tests. Overall a very pleasant experience with reasonable charges. I highly recommend his services.
L	L L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I seldom bother with reviews, but Evolve Cycles really deserves two thumbs up. Had an issue with my bike and was desperate to solve it. Raymond advised to slowly diagnose the problem and not change parts that did not have to be changed. In the end, only replaced the chain at a very reasonable price. Before leaving, he tightened all bolts and lubricated some parts without any request from me. Can tell he does this as a passion and wants his customers to enjoy riding rather than looking at us as dollar bills. Highly recommended, but advised to call before heading down as he also runs another business.

I had been shown really bad attitude from two other bike shops when I asked questions or for assistance for my bikes purchased elsewhere. I visited his shop as I was in the Alexandra area and the reviews indicated that he was very helpful and professional. I was looking for foldable bikes for my 11 y/o son and myself, and he patiently guided me through my options, even discussing the pros and cons of other brands including Pikes, 3Sixty, Decathlon and Bromptons. In the end I got a Litepro 305 and 451 and we have been very happy with the comfort and performance of the bikes. Thanks Raymond for your help, and I would recommend your services to anyone looking for a new folding bike.

Also saw many variety of bicycles on sale . They were affordable and better looking than what we saw previously. Raymond is also a friendly and knowledgeable person :)

Upon fixing the spokes, he also helped me to check for other issues. Total fee was reasonable as well. Raymond listens intently in knowing my needs before recommending. His sharing and knowledge of the bikes assured me that I would be in safe hands if there is any difficulty faced. He is delicate in setting up the bike for me to my comfort and safety level and not to rush with a pack and go after sales. Totally pleased with the service and product rendered.
