Envy Motors caught my attention from my sons’ recommendation, for their Vivid images of the cars that they carry. It’s approach of reaching out to the car buyers Community is in my humble opinion one of the better if not the best, promoting on many popular media fronts, With quality studio shots AND apt narration That piqued readers/viewers interest. We were convinced they can do a job good, and they proved great ?? The dudes at Envy is really hardworking, worth mentioning Jordan, Kiefer and Kenneth. Kudos guys, I will come back for you given another chance?

I got to know about Envy Motors through a friend and it was definitely one of the most pleasant experience i have had with a used car dealership. Jordan was always very prompt with his response and appreciate his honesty to my list of queries. Pricing was reasonable and transparent throughout the transaction. Envy Motors showroom is in a class of its own, well air-conditioned, spacious and all the cars displayed were well-kept. In the second hand car dealership, i would say that Envy Motors has set a bar way above its competitors. From the professionalism dealing with customer, expertise in cars to after-sales support, each of this area they have surpassed my other bad experiences with other dealers. Envy Motors is the place to go for your next car purchase because of the trustworthy folks running the show with high level of efficiency and professionalism.

What i like about Envy Motors personally is that they don't ever judge customers by looking at how well they are dressed or if they can possibly afford to buy. They also do not have any "No deposit, no test drive" policy as compared to other dealerships. On top of that, their after-sales service is excellent! Having recently purchased a car from them, I am willing to vouch for them. The entire customer journey was one that not only other dealerships can learn from, but perhaps even those in other industries. Throughout the whole journey, Jordan was transparent, direct, and patient. He did not try to push me into purchasing and gave me as much info as I needed to make my decision. Do not be fooled by his youth for he has knowledge beyond his years or he’d make it his mission to get that info for you. He made the sale such a smooth, and hassle-free process as he was meticulously ensuring that everything was in order while I had minimal work to do. What impressed me further was his after sales support, as he went above and beyond to assist me as best as he could. I’d actually chaffed my car on only the 3rd day but he helped fix it FOC! I could go on further but I will not provide too many spoilers. I will highly recommend Envy Motors to my friends and family.
