★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the place, it is a condo in AMK next to St Nic. A nice place as there is swimming pool gym, meeting room and BBQ pit for residents. It is surrounding is very soothing and there are landed houses and town houses nearby too. It is near AMK MRT and future Mayflower MRT. This place is good for nearby HDB residents to upgrade to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful condo. Love its drive in area, it looks very prestigious. They have 2 decent size Gym, unlike many other condo their gym are really small. Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.
