Visited on 12 Oct at 6pm. A long strand of hair was found after we got home. Video shows clearly that the hair was within the food. Do not recommend at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard has dropped a lot. Chicken is fried before hand and is incredibly hard. I mistook the skin as the bone. Threw away 2 pcs after a few bites. Honestly inedible. Probably the worst food u can get in jurong point. I think queueing 15 mins for another fried chicken store is better than trying to save urself time and end up starving urself.
