β β β β β I know there's "chicken shortage" but for nearly $9 for 2 pieces, this is just miserable .. could've at least added some popcorn chicken pieces if there were only small pieces.

β β β β β I tried multiple times to use my mobile phone to order but somehow unable to get through?, no problem with using other apps. Had anyone experience this before? Ordered the porridge..only little bits of chicken.

β β β β β The Manager will never be at the front. Frontline staff is forever trying to evade and ignore as much as they could. Only waiting for someone to blast on them. 2nd time in 10years, and yet the service has never change. Poor service, matter of time they will lose more customers and more outlets. All the best kfc, if you don't change the culture. Thats the end.

β β β β β Do not dine there during dinner time, after my 2 times checking at the counter & 1 phone call to the restaurant to check how much longer do I have to wait, only then I got my partial orders after 40mins. Can't believe this happened at a well-known fast food chain. If I never called, guess I have to wait for 50mins for a complete order. I guess the pager buzzers were just there for display as they don't distribute until you called the restaurant.

β β β β β Tried the new currycano burger and itβs pretty good. The chicken is well seasoned, and the curry tastes nice. But I feel that the hash brown in the burger doesnβt really mesh well with the chicken and gives it a sort of weird flavour and texture. But other than that, Iβd recommend trying the currycano.
