β β β β β Fast and easy to order on the app for collection. Food quality is same old. The new bbq lays chip chicken is Quite greasy but also tasty. But the app has no choice for chicken part selection. Wish we can choose because there are some parts we donβt prefer. Thatβs the downside. Staff are helpful enough for collection.

β β β β β I was disappointed at the rude behaviour that I experienced in this outlet. When me and my friend still enjoyed our meals,one Malay staff came to impolitely asked us few times to leave as she excused that it is near to closing hour. However, there're still few ppl to enjoy the meal other than me and my friend. (I can understand if it is really near to closing hour/not enough space).
Due to her rude behaviour, it got hard for me to visit this outlet again.

β β β β β The queue was extremely long and there was no one manning the counter except for one poor old lady. Used the app to order and waited very Long because no one was preparing the orders. The restaurant was in an utter state of mess and no one is cleaning up.
Cheese fries barely has any cheese on it. What is going on?
The chicken was also of really bad quality. Dark coloured meat with dark spots. I donβt care if itβs part of the chicken. Itβs just bad presentation in general. Get better quality chicken.

β β β β β Worst KFC experience ever, I went with 2 friends, ordered buddy meal and drinks, just when we finish our food with our drinks more than 60 percent, the worker there came up to us and said "You finish you food already, there are people waiting for seats" (Dining time havent exceed 25 mins including purchasing food time)
I said I'm not done with my meal yet asked them if there was a time limit for dining in? they dare not answer me. it was about 8.25pm, i finish off my drinks abruptly and left at about 8.30pm, I saw that the kfc employees already close off a section which resulted in no seats available and need to come chase me off.
condemn this kfc outlet with their customer service.

β β β β β I was there at 8.30pm and wanted to dine in. The location wasn't very busy and had a couple tables empty.
However one of the staff asked if I was taking away, to which I replied no I'm dining in. The staff then told me, no there is no more tables and they were closing.
I asked politely what time where they closeing as people were still eating and she replied 9.20pm and insisted quite rudely that I take away. What is this? I could have eaten and be gone before 9pm but you choose to chase people away?

β β β β β One of my drumstick was swapped out for a thigh or breast without them telling me. If special requests are not allowed they should be informing the customer at the point of order instead of swapping out without even telling the customer. This is not the first time it has happened and it is a waste of my money. I am paying for something that is not what i ordered. Extremely unsatisfied.
