KFC

The female operation staff was unfriendly and revised the delivery time from 11.40am to 12.45pm without my consent. She gave me a call, claiming that consider the bad weather (rain in the morning), the delivery might delay to 12.30 - 12.45pm. I told her I understand the situation face by motorbike rider who send the delivery, and it's fine for us to wait longer IF THE WEATHER IS BAD. Fortunately, the rain stopped half an hour after the call (rain stopped around 11am). I was expecting to have my delivery reach to doorstep ON TIME since the weather is pretty good (sunny day). But, the food was not delivered to me despite the good weather. At 12pm, I tried to call to the mainline to track the delivery, and been told that the "Revised" delivery time is 12.45pm! The operation staff revised without getting proper consent from the customer, this is very rude and unprofessional. The delivery staff was on-time & polite, which is the only thing that makes me happy from this KFC experience. I will not order from KFC again.

It's 12pm when the dining area is empty and everyone is in the queue. Only one counter open while the cashers/waitress simply ignore all the customers and doing their own things. The simple order took around 3 min due to interruption by others KFC staffs yet it is still wrong.

Worst KFC outlet didn't pay my salary

My chicken was fresh as seen from the photo, great service too 10/10.

Quite a quiet outlet as compared to other KFC outlets. The food was served cold and the chicken were overfried.

Service is so bad here that you will hate KFC in general. The counter staffs don’t even care if you are in the queue, they will just make you wait and pretend that your presence is not there.

I requested for a thigh chicken as i see over the counter, having lots of thigh, the cashier told me there's only original left, i said sure. And this is what i get when i came home. I curse her whole family generation handicap and helpless
