I particularly liked the loft room for 3 pax as it has a interesting use of space. The toilets are slightly underwhelming and will benefit from regular maintenance of sink drainage and odour removal.

A	ANIL SHAHOOD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The loft suite, lacks of lights. Quite dark. Cleanliness issues like aircon never been clean and room a bit dusty. But location is suited best, value for money and food is at every corner. The crews need to step up their cleanliness.
X	X Yz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a Loft King Room for 2D1N stay. Room was ok and bed was huge, but this is definitely not a four star hotel standard. The most unacceptable thing was how dusty the two air conditioners were, given that one of them blows directly over the sleeping area.

Bathroom is smelly and had a certain smell once we step in. Hotel staff can seriously work on their cleanliness. The hair dryer is hard to use too.

Facility-wise, expect budget hotel level quality and do not be afraid of insects if you stay in a garden room. Central location - you need to walk a bit no matter what public transport you take. But the area is interesting and has excellent food.

I will return and certainly recommend this hotel to people whom I know. Keep in mind, room service may be limited in that you may not have your room cleaned at the times you need it but you can be rest assured that the staff will try and accommodate you with any needs you might have. Also, due to covid, hotels charge a disinfecting fee should you test positive upon arrival and different hotels charge differently. As a traveller, it is in your best interest to find out ahead of time what this fee is going to be so that you are fully informed prior to your stay at the hotel of your choice.
