I booked the single loft for 1 night stay. The room was slightly dusty and there were hairs around on the floor. I felt that they didn't vaccum well enough and clean sufficently which is very crucial during COVID period. Aircon was strong and cold enough. TV is not the smart TV so only can watch the limited Mediacorp channels. Complimentary mini bar snacks provided like chips, coke and M&M. There is a rain shower which is a plus point. There is glass door is a slider door share between the shower and the toilet bowl. Walls are painted cement color which is their theme of industrial vibe. Furniture is a bit old school and dated. The mirror for the basin is fitted very high and I have to use the toilet full length mirror to see my face due to my petite size. Thankfully the ladder to the bed is sturdy and there is some handlebar around to hold on. For the window, there is nothing much to look at except the opposite rooms' curtained windows. Overall is okay and good experience but the lobby area I felt it looked like a mess since they are not operating the F&B area. Reception service still acceptable. There are many eateries/cafes/7-11 and cheers around the hotel vicinity.

Itโ€™s definitely one of the worst hotel in Singapore. The ratings on google are definitely misleading/ manipulating. We booked this hotel for Christmas as most of the hotels are fully booked. As you can see in the recent reviews, room was dusty and furniture was old. The owner responded promptly to all the negative feed back but nothing was done to improve. At night there were loud singing in the nearby karaoke/ pub. There is totally nothing good about the hotel, service, location despite itโ€™s located at the heart of Singapore but too many hooligans around the place which ruined it.

Terrible service. 0/10. Donโ€™t stay unless you love being blindsided. Booked a twin bed room, but got one king bed. The hotel lobby was really tiny and did not allow guest to bring visitors into the room, which would be fine if they stated in on their website, but they did not. So the receptionist kept urging my friends and I to cancel the room and not providing us with any solution to our predicament of being stranded at the last minute without a room.

Planned this staycation for my family and were looking forward to this amazingly designed hotel in the heart of city center. Service by the untrained group of staff got me wondering if I am actually in a hotel or? The room although SG clean were dusty at window ledge and the light bulbs by the bed were covered with a layer of dust. I had to do my own cleaning before going to bed. The service staffs very very strict on the rule and regulations which is understandable., however it gotten to a point of slight hostile. Something I was not expecting from the hotel. The lounge is amazingly designed, however with the piling of staff items over the bar top made it look like a home kitchen. Staffs were communicating loudly and laughing out loudly from the pantry with doors widely opened. It made the guests at the lobby annoyed. Played Christmas music at the lounge but I could barely hear the songs but the loud communications within the staffs - Laughing and communicating loudly. The public toilet on the ground floor were barricaded and got me wondering if there were deterring guests from using them. - I used the ground floor toilet regularly as the WC ventilation in the room were very weak or not working (tried placing a tissue on the ventilation but no clear suction visible)

Went here for a staycation and it's quite a functional place for you to sleep. You don't need to worry because there's nothing to do in the hotel anyway and you should be spending your time exploring the nearby food and drink options. The location is super good as it is quite near local famous eateries and bars like Druggists, Swee Choon and Wimbly Lu.

Checked in with an almost finished roll of toilet paper and stained bedsheet. Imagine the laziness of the room attendant to not even change out the toilet roll to a fresh one. Balcony was full of grass and dust. Very late check(3pm vs 2pm) and and very early check out(11am vs 12pm or 1pm) as compared to other hotels. Front desk staff was prompt to deliver hair dryer in the middle of the night though so props to her. Positive about this place is that there is plenty of nice food choices around. Will not go hungry.

Great staff services. Stayed in single loft room, the aircon is right next to my bed. Cozy room, but fridge is not cold enough to store cold drinks etc. I will say still a nice stay for 2 nights. Just one funny thing, the door viewer hole is really way above my head ?, need to use a chair as even tip toe I still canโ€™t reach ?? (my ht is 159cm.)
