Dude at the front desk was hella rude. Had a problem with my booking and he wasnโ€™t helpful at all. Was so frustrated and all he got to say before i walked off was, โ€˜I dont want to get involved in your issueโ€™. Did not apologise or try to accommodate to their customer needs. Super rude. By far, the WORST customer service experience ever. If i could give 0 star, iโ€™d give.

The location and layout of the bedroom was okay, if you are the type of the person who likes small spaces, my room consist of side table with hair dryer, a sink outside the bathroom with wall mirror and a tv on top, a small area to make tea, toilet with shower head and rain shower. You can also change the dimness of the light which is not commonly found in hotels. Biggest downside of this hotel is the wall, I stayed in the second floor with my husband which consist of the queen side bed. So the bathroom in the bedroom layout is parallel to the door, which actually cuts to the next room. Whatever you do in the bathroom, like showering, flushing the toilet its loud and clear. I am not very sure is it the pipe that is running in between the walls, but the current of the water tap is really strong, so you can totally hear if someone is using the sink and water flowing through behind the wall. In addition, there isn't much sound proof or sound absorber, so if someone is doing business, talking loudly or watching tv, you can hear EVERYTHING. I think they actually tried to cater more rooms instead of the sound, so the walls are thin and room is a bit cramped, and you can hear noises from outside, especially on the first floor where people have to pass through the room to get from the counter to the lift. But overall, the hotel staff was friendly, location wise is good because you can get food nearby from Aperia Mall, or ABC food, Wanton Mee etc nearby the hotel which is within walking distance.

Everything is fine just that the room has thin walls to a point where you can hear your next door neighbour walking. Hahaha overall it isn't so bad.

customer service is really very bad, hope to see more improvement, was really super disappointed with the customer service. On the 1st day of check-in, we booked for quad room for 5 people and paid for 5 people in the website, but during check-in, we were told to pay extra charge for the additional person and stated that the room is only for 4 people. It was very disappointing as although we booked for 5 people, only 4 people will counted and even the amenities in the room are prepared 4 sets only. after that, we were given 4 key cards, we didnโ€™t know how the rooms are like, so my friend checked with the front office agent if 4 key cards is assigned correctly, and they said yes. afterwards, we were glad that early check in was given at 1pm, so we stayed in hotel until 4pm and left the hotel. After iโ€™m out for around 30min to 1h, i received a phone call from hotel saying that they have assigned wrong key cards and they wanted us to go back to the hotel to remove our items in the room. it was obviously that we cannot go back to hotel just to remove our things, especially when we just left for our plans. So, she โ€˜askedโ€™ for our consent to move our things in that room to the front desk . Throughout the entire process, there were so apologies and โ€˜sorryโ€™ heard, all i heard was โ€˜pleaseโ€™. We were so shocked and cannot believe this type of customer service was being provided. Although it is a 3 star hotel, we were expecting basic services to be done properly. the next day, as our room was being cleaned by the housekeeping, all the amenities have been replenished. however, when we returned back to the hotel, there was only 2 bath towels each room in the connecting room, which is obviously not enough for a connecting room with 5 people. so we decided to request for more bath towels, at first we requested for extra 4, just in case we need them for other uses. However, we were asked by the front desk man that if the housekeeping has replenished the towels, we said yes but we booked for 5 people room, so it was not enough. He said there is no more towels. So we just request at least for 1 more towel so every one of us have 1 bath towel. instead of them sending to the room, my friend have to go down to the front desk to collect. i just couldnโ€™t believe this type of customer service can exist. besides that, the ventilation duct will make a huge noise at night suddenly, causing really a nuisance to us. the amenities in the room is ok, there is free youtube and netflix available to view, just that the wifi may take a while to view

Highly recommend booking the Loft unit, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Fittings looked new, which befits the hotel's announcement that they had newly renovated some of their rooms. For its price, I thought that the Loft room was very value for money. It is certainly not perfectly pristine as compared to 5 star hotels but it is decently clean and everything was working well, from the bathroom to the aircon to the TV to the wifi. Location wise, excellent. Great bakeries and cafes just opposite the hotel and in the vicinity. Near to MRTs and bus stops. Concierge was polite and friendly, and reacted promptly to request for additional pillow. Check-in was hassle free as well. A deposit was needed during check-in but returned during check-out, which is understandable. Thank you to the team at Harbour Ville Hotel Hamilton for the great experience. Well done and keep it up!

Came by on 5 June PM and encountered an extremely rude receptionist. The hospitality industry should be built on hospitality, but the young man at the front desk has a very unpleasant attitude. He is not only curt and unfriendly, he speaks to guests like we owe him a favour. When asked about rooms that were available, instead of correcting a possible misunderstanding he went on a rant about how we are not entitled to a room if we call in and ask beforehand. Certainly donโ€™t expect this kind of condescending, unprofessional and almost hostile attitude as a representation of a property.

I was so disappointed for the rooms and the conditions (there stated newly renovation, i don't think like that, might is another room not mine). Guests liked the clean rooms. But there have two COCKROACHES in my rooms after I'm done my dinner from outside. Although the person in charge had help me to clear it but still....
