I got my dream gown and my husband got his bespoke tuxedo from TGW for our wedding. Our consultant Shuqi was very professional and kind. The entire process of gown selection and final fitting was fun and full of discovery because she was always there to help us. With our preferences in mind, she always gave us great suggestions. 100% recommend doing your bespoke gown with the gown warehouse. Price for a bespoke was definitely one the better ones in the market. Eunice & Xin Wei were extremely helpful & patient with my design requirements. Very impressed that during the first fitting, the gown was already well made & fitted to the glove. Eunice & the in house tailor were also very accommodating & the dress turn out even better than what I envisioned it to be. Thank you for all your help! Overall it was a great experience (:

I had an emergency situation where I needed a dress in 2 days and Xinwei from the Gown Warehouse was soooo helpful and efficient! She patiently helped me to pick out the perfect dress for me even though I kept wanting to try different ones and had little time for it to be altered. Overall I’m really happy and felt like I came to the right place, very reliable and trustworthy bridal gown shop with many beautiful dresses that are designed in house!!

I initially went to TGW to determine which kind of dress to go for before visiting other wedding dress stores, as they have a large selection of high quality gowns of different styles. They were not pushy to sign with them straightaway as well. However, I decided to go with TGW for my wedding day, as my experience with Shuqi and the rental package offered was really smooth. She was responsive, helpful and efficient. She was very intuitive and had a great eye, recommending suitable gowns for the event - including ones I didn't think I could pull off! - and pairing together accessories that would work well with the final look which was a great help. I received a lot of compliments! Thank you Shuqi!!! :)

Absolutely loved the collection at the Gown Warehouse! The service was great too! En En was super patient and welcoming towards me as I continuously tried on various gowns! She was warm, friendly & made the entire process a smooth & easy one! :) Their packages are affordable & their selection of MUAs were great too! The only thing I did not like was that I felt was that the location was rather far out and inconvenient to access unless by Car! But you’ll do all means to get that ONE gown you are after so Thank you to the team & En En for making my special day a gorgeous one! :)

My husband and I rented our gown and suit from TGW and couldn't be more pleased with the service from Xin Wei. She allowed me to try on multiple gowns on more than one occasion till I found my ideal dress. She was also very accommodating with changes to our wedding date! I felt so well taken care of every time I visited their studio. The rental included free afteration for both gown.and suit so even my husband's suit fit very well! Not to mention that they have a very large array of gowns in various styles, and their packages are one of the most reasonable out there :)

Upon visiting TGW, from the moment we stepped in I knew we were gonna sign with them. After visiting several other places, I was most comfortable with TGW. -Shuqi- was patient and non-pushy as she helped me explore what type of dresses I would prefer. Their fitting rooms are spacious and private, she was very knowledgable about what looks good on me as well. As for gown selections, I was spoilt for choice, I had to schedule an extra fitting with them because I couldn't seem to decide which I liked better, and they gladly agreed to it. Without hesitation, we took the entire package with them, from pre-wed shoot to actual day, they even included a tailored suit in their package because I didn't need certain items in their package, super flexi. I loved their traditional kuas as well. They also provided accessories and florals. I managed to choose from their newest gown collection at that time for my actual day, the dresses were beautiful, praises all around. Their makeup artists were great as well, chosen from a long list of MUAs, -Vincent- and -Fidelis- were friendly and accommodating and skilful, my makeup held up so well, and I still looked like me, which was important. Our photographer, -Tommy-, worked on both our pre-wed shoots and actual day, I wouldn't have wanted anyone else. Charismatic and reliable guy who really knows his stuff, he made our friends, family and ourselves really comfortable with lots of laughter, what a good energy to have around. On top of that, he's pretty knowledgeable about Chinese customs, we learned so much from him. Hahah. Also, as awkward posers, he really helped bring out our best sides with clear instructions, our photos came out well. Weddings are already stressful enough, I'm glad everything with TGW went well with no hiccups. Incredibly thankful for everyone involved. Overall, 10/10 would recommend, the studio smells really nice too. :)

My husband and I found out about TGW through Google and we're so lucky we did. EnEn was our consultant and has been so very helpful, patient and reassuring. On our first visit, we were a little overwhelmed by how many gowns they had. All the gowns were just so pretty! However EnEn patiently helped narrow down the choices based on the style I liked, bring them piece by piece to the changing room which helped so much in choosing the gown for my wedding. Oh yes, they had these like huge changing rooms that were also private - I had a pedestal to stand on go change into the gown, and there's this drape for privacy and behind that was a nice sofa for my husband to sit on while waiting. EnEn was so accommodating too. We told her that we were flying to Hawaii for our shoot, which would take 3 weeks. She went out of her way to book that window for us, and gave us ample time to return the gown when we got back. We felt that it was so thoughtful of her to loan us a tent to change into, and to provide a veil just in case we needed it (they wear lei po'o in Hawaii instead of the veil). Being an outdoor shoot, the gown picked up a lot of leaves and twigs. We felt so bad about dirtying it but EnEn assured us that they would clean it and we need not worry about the mess. It's really so sweet of her. Thank you so much TGW!
