(Update) I'm giving it a 5 star rating now since that female employee that I mentioned previously is no longer there. Ben and that younger employee there are super nice and helpful. Overall quite a good place to shop for your pet supplies. Their stuff are reasonably priced. The only thing that irks me is a female employee there who is totally unfriendly and has a face that is blacker than charcoal.

Have been sending my two boys Ah boy and Baby to Raymond for more than 10 years and it has always been a comfortable grooming experience for my boys as well as a comforting experience for me knowing they are in good hands. Raymond and his team have always been there to answer queries and suggest the best options for my boys to maintain their overall health. Truly appreciate their great service and they always go the extra mile by looking out for any potential health concerns for my boys and highlight and recommend products that have helped for early intervention. One such product is the Kala Health DIGESTIX digestive enzyme supplement that made a huge difference in my Shih Tzu's bowel health. It's a safe and healthy product that worked well for him. Very awesome, friendly and informative sales person. Able to answer all your queries or concern for your pets needs. Isn't pushy and no hard sells, knows their products very well. Truly pet lovers and caring people and shop is fully equip stocks with your furbabies daily needs. Very good!

One stop location to get all your pets' need. I bought most of my hamsters' supply here as they holds the widest stock. Many times in the past, when other pet shops are out of stock, here they still managed to hold some stocks. Staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. They also have some small animals for sale too. So a great place to check out before getting a pet for yourself.

Service is dependent on the mood of the sales guy. I’ve bought a bunny from here plus hay and other stuff. When I learnt more later, I realised what is called paying school fees.

Bought a lovable, healthy bunny from them, along with all the supplies I needed. Sure, some of the items are cheaper online, but while you're there, you might as well get all you need at once. The staff were knowledgeable and there was one guy that seemed very enthusiastic to give me tips and advice on rabbit care. I could see his passion for animals, and he told me he'd been working there for 6 years. His advice was very helpful, and I really appreciated it. It's a great place. I definitely recommend it.

Tried placing an online order which processed without issue through to payment. Then received a call that some items are out of stock which would be refunded.. didn't receive any updates for the next 3 business days, so I called and they told me more items from the order I placed were out of stock. Then they just decided to cancel my entire order instead and refund it. I find polypet and perromart reliable with proactive customer service & deliveries but they had gone out of stock of an item I needed.

As a person who frequent pet stores, Pets's Kiosk Pet Salon is a hidden gem in the neighborhood as the prices are relatively lower than most stores. Their animal treats can range from $2-5 cheaper than other stores, which is a crazy saving for long term especially when owning a pet. Upon walking in the store for the first time, it was refreshing to see a wide range of products arranged, and small animals kept in clean environment with no foul smell. The animals can be seen well taken care of and healthy which is important especially for potential pet owners. Excellent service was given by Ah Ben who was not pushy with sales. We had a great conversation with him where he imparted his knowledge of taking care of animals to us. Definitely a pleasant experience shopping here and will support this store in the future!
