House of Samsonite

Customer service seriously need improvement. There is only one “cashier/security guard” Indian guy staff who just minded his own things... really so busy? Zero knowledge of products, and when ask whether there are non-display sets available, he just rambled about all how busy he is because the stocks arrived today... but there are no other customers in the store! The store only closes at 930pm on a Sat night, but he started drawing the sliding doors at 915pm, and made me squeeze out with the bag I bought through the small gap. Otherwise a wide range of products available, some on offer. I would not have bought if not for the quality/brand name of Samsonite. Please seriously rethink of improving your customer service!

Went there to buy a backpack I have already chosen online. But the lady (I don't know if she's a sales person or not) acted as if I don't exist. She was just few meters away but kept doing her stuff. Even though I really wanted the product her behavior prompted me to walk out of the store and look for something else.. (I was even wearing a samsonite backpack at the time)

The hand phone of the sales person has higher priority than customers. Even after five minutes she wasnt interested to ask if we need any help or advise. Actually we wanted to buy a bag there. But she had changed our mind, we went to another shop.

Rarely post reviews. But please, anyone coming here expecting someone to serve you please go elsewhere. It will be much more cost effective to hire a security guard. I have to check out all the bags myself and all your sales staff did was asking me "masters or nets". Seriously?! Not trying to be difficult, but really a large room for improvement!

Very bad customer service. my wife and i were in the shop for a good 10 minutes and no help from her at all. Questions we asked were met with disinterested short answers. We wanted to get a few bags but in the end decided against. Product range is good if you dont mind getting offended while spending your money.

This year during covid 2021 I came to this Bugis Samsonite shop sales gal very friendly and helpful even if it’s sales item. I think will change the mind of previous comments. Thanks for the good service keep it up ?

horrible service. Sales Assistant attitude at the start was very rash and hasty. As if wanting you to quickly buy and get out. When we decided to buy the karissa business bag, the sales assistant sprayed WD (oil based) onto the zippers without telling us and stained the bag (cloth material). The bag was a solid color so the stain was VERY obvious. We were unable to clean off with wet wipes, so we asked her if it can be cleaned off with some equipment in the shop but then she proceeded to say "it's like that one! no need clean. everyone spray it like this, just wash off can already." She refused to give us a new bag in stock. I didn't take a photo but the stains where really quite blotchy and oil-based stains is very difficult to remove with water. She insisted that we take the bag with the stains, further asserting that it can be washed off easily. Luckily we havent paid and decided to leave.
