S	Soh Jun Yong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been to many haidilao outlet and Bugis+ is one of the many outlet that gave me high expectations of what their service team are capable Their staff are friendly every staff will be in charge of a row of table and even if they are super busy staff from other row would help each other out Their soup broth is good, To be frank I visited 6 times in 6 different outlets so have tried many various of soups, all of the outlet can produce the same level of quality soup which is good as HDL give consistency (I would always order and recommend Tomato soup base because that’s the best one for me) The drinks wise would recommend the winter melon tea or the sour plum juice Notes to take: If you are the self service type of person would recommend you to try not to self service, cause the staff there are meant to serve you, so next time just try to catch their attention and ask them to help you instead :) And also, if you like freebies remember to use HDL codes :) you can search them up But some outlet limit to certain number of codes so use your codes wisely :)

M	Mya Yam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haidilao never disappoint us! This outlet has better service than the other branches. Reserved a table slightly later but we reach earlier and we were given a table. Staffs came to us promptly with a complimentary fruit platter as starter.

Halfway through they gave free fries which was freshly fried. Soup base was excellent as usual and pork slices were very fresh. This is my favourite outlet.

Try the haidilao secret codes here too! ? overall a great dining experience, honestly better than other haidlao outlets , will definitely visit again!
H	Hui Xin Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celebrated my mum's birthday on a Sunday night. We booked a table for 5.30pm but when we were there, we waited for 20mins before our table are ready. This is not the first time I experience that. Do expect a 10-20 mins. The services are not as good as before COVID. There seems to be a lack of waiters and we have to remove the plates from the robot that delivered the food. There used to waiters that dedicated to serve your table but this time round the waiter seems to be serving too many desks and not attentive enough. The food is still very fresh and good, the soup based is still very tasty. But the portions smaller and the service has greatly dropped in this branch. Will probably visit other branch next time instead.
