★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was one of those among the many who spent more than $200 of my hard earned money to meet and take autographs from the 4 players as promised.
Somehow felt cheated and ripped off my money as in the end i only got to see two players Socrates and Lacazette. Can’t even take autographs and selfies as they were rushing us. For Cech and Bellerin cant even see them.
I think it was very badly organized and fans were cheated of their hard earned money.
Folks, $200 is a lot of money and countless people were seen buying to get a chance to meet those players.
Pls comvey this message to PUMA too.
It os morally wrong to do business in this lackadaisical way.
I am sure u guys know what os meeting stars mean. Not merely seeing themup close.
Seeing up close could have been done without paying $200.
Hioe u guys being a big corporation will refund back our monies. Please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just want to praise the staff for one of the best service I've encountered in a retail store, did not ask for the name of the female staff but it happened on 6th June, around evening. Me and my bf was looking around for shoes and the staff kindly let us know about the ongoing promotions available and even offered us gummy bears while we are trying on the shoes. Overall, we were really happy with the service given and she was also patient with us throughout the process of us trying out shoes etc.

The staff was professional throughout even though I didn’t make any purchase from this store. I ended up buying from the Ion outlet after that.
