β β β β β Staff was very courteous and helpful with selecting and advising on my maintaining my new pairs of boots. They also have a PC to show custom colours and models for you to design your shoes.

β β β β β Fantastic service. I personally find that their service standard exceeds that of a typical retail outlet. The staff went out of their way to go and pick up a pair of shoes at the nearby Raffles City outlet and returned back to the store within 30min due to stock availability. And that was between 9-9.30pm, almost closing time. They also provided good advice on available discounts and are extremely pleasant folks. Kudos to the 3 staff present on 14 Dec 2017, in particular Aloysius and Bi Sia, who is the supervisor on duty. Keep up the very good work, as quality customer service is still rare in SG!

Wish to especially commend Winnie of bugis plus outlet, going the extra mile and trouble in checking all the outlets for the design I wanted but it was sold out but she still went through the trouble showing me all the other shoes similar for my consideration eventually finding one I liked !!! Kudos to Winnie! She is truly a asset to the company!
