โ โ โ โ โ Poor customer service. All the staffs in store are so unmotivated in responding our queries for items especially the malay store manager, one malaysian chinese lady and the filipino lady. Please look into this matter for the management level if you do not want to drive away all your walkin customers!

โ โ โ โ โ I was looking at the light bulb this morning at the PLQ mall self fix DIY shop, the lady sale girl are helpful & niceโฆ. Unless the male salesman, unfriendly , not approachableโฆ he need some service quality course. Will not patronise this outlet again .. spoil my day with this sale guy
