โ โ โ โ โ Had a very disappointing experience after buying their laptop from their official Lazada store.. Rating 0/5
The laptop spoilt after 1 month of light use (no gaming, no designing use etc).
Self-fix didnโt work. Technician came down - didnโt work, no replacement parts. Told them we want a replacement laptop as we need to use the laptop urgently. 2 weeks later still waiting for a reply from HP.
Save yourself the trouble and time and get laptops from other companies... ?

โ โ โ โ โ Very disappointed with the customer service. Have waited for 10 days for a printer that should have come in less than 2. They had to divide the order in 2 shipments since one of the products was not in stock. They managed to mess it up, and instead of sending me the product, they sent me a bill that I needed to pay for partial shipment. I have been in touch with customer service twice to no avail.

โ โ โ โ โ Purchased 2 monitors from their HP official store on Shopee on 31st March 2022. They did not ship out despite numerous assurances that they will ship out on the same day. Shopee cancelled the order on 9th April. Wonder why they bothered to list the products if they did not plan to ship the order. Disappointing.
