I won't go into details -- but to say the very least, threats were made by the perpetrators (people claiming to be affiliated with this agency) and a police report has been made. Please out these people and have them arrested.
At all cost, do NOT EVER deal with these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ALERT!! Pls do not engage them..!! Its a Scam and fraud company, Even if it is registered under ACRA. They will ask for collateral fees, once paid they will ask for admin fee, 5% loan fee etc etc.. But you wont get your loan.. End up u keep paying them.. They also give false identity of themselves.. When check, its not even their correct name and IC belong to other people. They keep changing phone numbers and will ask to transfer money to multiple account. Dont even sound professional and super rude. When ask to cancel, ask for cancellation fee but all money that have been transferred cannot get back! Police report have been made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a scam company. They kept asking for fees to be paid up to $10-12k and then gave you an agreement which looks fake and have absolutely no details about your loan terms. So the $10-12k fees you are paying are the additional to let them earn
You can find out more about them but i suggest you don't unless you want to lose your savings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent an advertisement ad about money lending and claimed to offer good interest rates. However, upon contacting and done doing transfers after transfers u will still not get the money. Total they took from me is 10k SGD. Still ask if pay more then can transfer the total money with refund. Don't ever believe such ads about money lending. No money lender will advertise on whatsapp. When talking face time, they will not show their faces claiming it is confidential. They are Malaysian Chinese. Have made a police report and also they have to pay me back 10k for scamming. Justice is real. You all will die.
