★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was warmly attended by 君兒who was very patient with me when listening to me on my needs and required specifications for a new phone. She also made the effort to explain clearly to me the different features of phones from the lowest end upwards. The lowest end mobile costs $198 and I eventually settled for a Nova 5T which costs me $498 including gst. It was a great shopping experience because she was not pushy to close deal. I didnt expect to buy the phone yesterday but due to her excellent service I couldn't resist buying. Sim Lim for ages has earned themselves a bad name for lousy customer service. This concept store has made a remarkable difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought the Matebook 14 AMD through Shopee, the gifts are fantastic (travel bags, Freelace Earpiece, HW mouse and laptop bag).. packed nicely well and no damage.
Equipment is working until the Freelace Earpiece, which seems to have problem connecting. Conversing with the Seller, an exchange to a new one is agreeable. I'm pleased with outcome. A drop-by to the Huawei Concept Store at SLS this morning meet with pleasant smile on the staff. As usual, we follow the SOP, troubleshoot, confirmation then exchange. No hassle, everything completed in less than 10min. Amazing. Will definitely patronise the store. Highly recommended!
(P/S: I think is also same store in Shopee (huaweisg) I bought the laptop set from ?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales stuff able to advise me on the plus and minuses of it's new range of handsets. Purchased one as recommended. Only to find a surprise it has additional feature like Windows recycle bin. Change battery of older set at reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They ran a national day promotion at $54 for Huawei Y6 Pro for elderly customers aged 54 years old and above. However they only set aside 20 stocks but purposely leave this info out of their T&Cs. More than 200 elderly customers queued from the wee hours and were turned away disappointed. All Huawei concept stores and major retailers in Singapore only set aside 20 to 30 stocks. Its obvious that they intentionally tried to create a hype. Huawei is an unethical and unscrupulous company, we should not support a company that intentionally cheats the elderly!

Very bad customer service.
1) Asking smart watch question and answer rude,
2) Ask customer to find out first before come to the store.
3) face show like fighting when asking product different.
