Told me my phone would take 1-2 days to be done, waited 3days still no response to inform if delayed! My phone was sent for repair earlier for cracked screen, was told by the CS the back cover was not tightly sealed!!!! And was went in! Had a screen repair but gave me a unsealed fone when my is a p40pro IP68 fone!!!!

The way the workers treated the customers was fine but the problem was that the queue was super loooong. Although they had already prepared to give me back the phone that went for servicing, I still had to wait for 1 hour+ which was way too long

Do you have any negative rating (negative 1 star) please? The service is very bad and the staffs are not efficient and helpful at all. They are slow, clumsy and do not know the products well. I waited there for 1 hour and 15 minutes. And I will change my phone to another brand. I do not wish to encounter such unpleasant service anymore. Poor, poor, poor service! Everyone, Please do not visit to HUAWEI Westgate.

Good FAST service. Other OFFICIAL centers/locations may have higher volume and may have to wait little longer at times. Very old(4+years) Mate-9 changed battery, SxxSung S9-Note9 officially(OFFICIAL service-centers) obsolete(no spare parts); S20-21-22 comes one after another within months and obsolete fast, will not buy, unless for sake of GMS(Google Mobile Service) updates SxxSung may have better support.

I bought a Huawei D15 matebook laptop last year in June. By December, there was an issue with the battery and the laptop was not able to charge. I brought it down to Westgate for repairs as it is still within warranty, and up till now I have not received any communication on when I can get it back. In fact I had to call in myself 3 times to ask and each time, the response was that they will check and get back, and up till now, there is no update. If Huawei is not able to provide me with a new laptop, can I have my money back please so that I can go buy a better brand? This is affecting my income as I need the laptop to process documents for work!

The service staff at the counter is polite and helpful. I brought my P20pro to replace battery, as the phone still functions well after 4 years. I made an appointment first before going, didn't wait long. The battery replacement took about 2.5 hours, before I got my phone back. Thank you Huawei.

Long waiting time even no customer . My faulty Bluetooth earpiece outcome was given 1 for 1 exchange but I waited there for 110mins (was told 1-2hrs). Question is Why still need to wait 1-2 hrs ??

I came to the outlet at about 12:30pm,waited for 20 mins but no one at counter. Understand this is lunch time but being a customer service centre, this is not pofesstional as it shall have at least one working staff there, given that operating hour is indicated as "11am-8pm daily" and no any carve out for lunchtime.
