Excellent service and friendly staff! The ambience is minimalist and cozy Hong Yun explained to me the details of each step and recommended the best coloring method. Highly recommend and will definitely come back!

Went there last week. Sat there for 5hrs to have a perm but ended up my hair is just as what I went there. The only thing that was done was to dye my roots. It was clear that the perm was a failure because after wash there wasnt any wave. While blowing my hair, the person used a cylinder comb to blow and twist my hair. Later on I asked if that was the end product, and if I were to go home, wash my hair and blowdry it, will it look like that. She still have the cheek to tell me that even after I wash and blowdry, it will look exactly like that. But, didnt she use the cylinder comb to blow dry my hair?? She think I never perm hair before is it? In any case, I was way too tired that day, having seated for 5hrs. I have said my piece. Obviously I didnt look pleased. That lady then said that if Im not happy with the perm I can return AFTER CNY to straighten it. Seriously???? I want a perm just because its CNY. And yes. I want a perm. Not to straighten it. And why would I want to go back to a place of lies and lousy services? I dont want them to even touch my hair further. Needless to say, its been almost a week and NO ONE realised I permed my hair coz apparently nothing was done!! Waste of time and money!!

Unprofessional stylist man . He didnt complete my highlight at the end because he said that he has a lot of customer waiting. I am also a paying customer. I waited 4 hrs in the salon and only got base colour done. My friend made appointment for us one week ago. They are unprofessional and rude. Definitely not recommended and pls think twice if you are wondering if you should visit. I wont go there anymore and not recommend to anyone who want to dye hair there. Bunch of scammers AVOID AT ALL COST

I went here hoping to get a balayage with bleach and treatment. However, when I went in, the person attending to me did not ask me my colour preference and proceeded to do the treatment first. He later showed me the colour board after the treatment was done, and to my disappointment, I could not get a bleached colour. While I recognise I could have told him I wanted to bleach my hair too, he as a professional should have consulted me on my preferences & if it would even be suitable for me. However, I appreciate their honesty in telling me that bleaching would ruin the treatment and I should come back a month later. No other compensations though.
