I ended up paid the full amount for the bunk bed despite a delivery lead time of at least 6 weeks. Will update this review after we receive the bed.

FYI, this is Singapore, not Vietnam; the way you solve problems does not work here; what you have done is illegal, and there will be legal consequences. I recommend that the boss file legal action in Singapore and contact Google about this matter. If those spammers are found guilty of defamation, they will lose their Residence Statues and their jobs.

In feb/Mar this year visited the showroom and bought the stairs with storage and requested to turn configuration into a bunk bed. Delivery was prompt and service was good. Beds are all well and sturdy so far. I seldom do reviews but seeing how this company has suffered false reviews due to 1 angry customer, decided to help contribute my honest opinion.

As our family has grown to five kids, we have purchased more beds and extensions for all our children. The beds are still sturdy after all the jumping and playing over the years, and our kids love the set up and design. I love that these can be used all the way to adulthood. Staff have always been extremely patient and helpful. Definitely our go-to stop for kids beds in so many customisable modules. Thank you, Ibenma!?

Staff are nice as well. There was a need for replacement of a stopper for the drawers under the bed and the company was able to provide w/o charge.

Recently we did move house and have requested IBENMA service for dismantling, transportation and re-assembling the bunk bed into a loft bed for my younger daughter . Those two guys were very patient with professional,the loft bed is still super solid and sturdy after re-assemble. Highly recommended.
D	Dru Lu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good showroom that showcases all the different variations of the bed. Definitely worth checking out and let the child get a feel of it before making purchasing decision. Although all the stairs are marked “no climbing not for playing” the staff had no issue letting the children roam free and test out the beds and stairs. Certainly a pricier children bed brand than the IKEA of the world, but cheaper than some of the alternatives. The price includes installation which is great if you’re considering upgrading to different format in the future as your child grow.
