★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Absolutely horrid service. Order placed at 15:31 first item of sashimi set came 19 minutes later. 2nd item of salmon mentai roll came at 15:56. When asked about the food, waitress was nonchalant. Incredible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful experience at the outlet, thanks to the attentative staffs they are polite and friendly. Bought a cake, hoping they won't chase us out because of outside food. To my surprise they are so accomodating and attentative, came with plates and fork and wishes the birthday girl.
Their fried shishamo is a must try! As for some dishes, can be further improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered takeaway as no dine in allowed during HA phase 2.. it’s okay but expensive for the portion. I got one salmon sushi for my boyfriend as well but he said it tasted not fresh and really bad… might not order sushi next time and try their bentos instead

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lost my appetite for my whole dinner after seeing this hair intertwined with the beef in my gyu don. Extremely disappointed. Been a customer for so long and you’ve just lost one. Will no longer buy from you. The management and the staffs need to pay more attention to the food preparation methods here. This is very unhygienic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was really good! The fry ebi curry cheese was delicious with add cherry tomatoes just gave a nice sweetness. However the curry came slight warm and not hot, the menu did state it was a hotplate(?). The set came with chawanmushi, soup and fruits which was all pretty good. The sushis we tried were all pretty unique tho the sushi seems like it has been left out awhile as the seaweed was not crunchy and even the lobster tempura sushi was not crispy like it should be. The sushi was good just not as fresh as I hope it would be. But all in all the meal was still a good one
