He is friendly, and polite. His tone of voice is soothing and will make you to patronise the shop again.
He should be a good role model to all who lack of efficient customer service.

β β β β β If there is a long queue, shouldn't the staff be thinking of helping to serve and clear the queue? I see 1 staff making the pancakes and another one ( back facing) preparing other drinks to stock up. I could see like there is no communication...u do your job and I'll do mine
