Shi Li Fang Hot Pot - 1 Sengkang Square

Food was mediocre could be better. Staff was excellent. Food comes out fast. Somewhat empty.

Chicken slice set lunch with mala soup. Feel that their soup is abit too salty, but the chicken slices were generous. Went for veg platter B with mushroom

The vegetables look abit “old”, and “dry”… their soups are supposed to be msg-free, but I still felt thirsty after the meal. Their deep fried fish skin was very delicious, and good to snack on while waiting for the meat & veggies to cook in the hotpot. If they can improve their soups and freshness of veggies, it will be best!

Went over to the compass one branch to have my dinner with my husband and friends since it is near our place (worst decision made ever). Arrived at around 6.45pm, took sometime to look through the menu and asked the waitress to come to take our order. To refrain from food wastage, we decided to order half portion for all our dishes. The waitress immediately commented that it would not be enough for all of us (there were only 4 of us) and asked us to order full portion instead. Told her we will order first and add more orders if not enough (in the end just nice for all 4 of us please). ? Throughout the whole dining session, different waitresses kept asking us if we want to have our handmade noodles now (asked total 3 times) and each time we replied with later, since we still eating other dishes. Towards the end, when we have not much dishes left in the pots, 1 of the waitresses asked if we would like to off the induction cooker. I told her there are still some dishes in the pot and I would like to top up my soup. She immediately commented that since my dishes are all ready to eat then there is no point in topping up my soup. Feeling very irritated, I told her I wanted to drink the soup so please top up the soup for us. Ended up, she only top up a bit and I really mean a bit. Worst experience ever. ???

Service standard varies depending on the staff on duty. Love their mala soup base. Set meals are value for money. Cleanliness of crokery can be improved though. Was provided a bowl with some chili, and a cup with questionable dirt/stain. The table in front of me also requested for their plate to be changed before their food was served.

Great food choices and I love the service just the drink is a bit too diluted, can’t taste any sweetness! The rest is good hope to improve the drink because I love sweet drink!

Had the set menu with pork bone & tomyum soup. The set was filling enough for ladies & tomyum was enjoyable. But they charge extra for the dipping sauces. Staff has 'dont care' attitude.

The food here is good n same standard with the other branches. The only thing i felt is 1 of the waitress a bit impatient n the way she say prob straight to the point but it can offend the customers big time n may cause customers don't come back to the same outlet. She need to go for customer sevice training.
