He will always listen to your opinion and recommend a suitable hairstyle. I always leave the salon happily and satisfied with my hairstyle. Most importantly, they do not do any hard sell at all. Lily always give great and consistent haircut each time I visit! Always perfect after each session and will last for months with minimal maintenance. She's really good in cutting unisex hair, you pay for what you get!

I was introduced to Lawrence by a friend around 5 years ago, and ever since then, I have never ever intend to visit other salon or hair stylist anymore, that is how much trust I have in him in terms of deciding what is best for my hair cut, my hair color and ever hair treatments. He has never ever hard sell me on anything and he makes me feel very comfortable with every decision he makes for me cause the outcome is always so good. I will always walk out of the salon feeling like a new person, looking fresh and confident. He is very patient with me and we will often discuss together what will be the best look for me. I remembered that there was once my hair styling took longer than expected and he didn't complaint or short changed me of anything because of the time, instead, he stayed up late till he finished everything. It was my first visit to the salon and was pleasantly surprised with the service and the outcome. I have naturally curly/frizzy hair which requires periodic straightening to tame them. I've been to many salons throughout the years but have yet to find one that was able to straighten my hair naturally without it looking like a flatbread straight out of the oven. My hairstylist at Icon, Lawrence, was very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process and had patiently suffered (with me) 5 painstaking hours to achieve the natural look I wanted. He did not pressure me into purchasing products that I already had and had also patiently explained the steps needed to maintain my mane. Overall, I was truly satisfied with his service and would definitely frequent the salon again.
