β β β β β worst clinic experience. Had a minor sorethroat(my voice was still intact) and the doctor recommended me to do an operation. Requested for a change in antibiotics as the antibiotics tht he prescribed was ineffective for me(my whole family have a medical history tht the antibiotics does not work on us). But he insisted on giving me tht antibiotics and asked me to go for a blood test if tht medicine does not work on me. Does the doctor understand tht there are many different kinds of medicine out there in the market bcus not everybody body is suited for one medicine? Seriously speechless... doctor is very rude too. oh ya, ... i went to another clinic to see another doctor for my sorethroat and was cured in 2days with medicine. No operation was needed at all. See this? understand why i say worst clinic experience?

β β β β β Brought my 5 year old son to this clinic after hearing good reviews from parents. I find Dr Gwee friendly and very detailed in her explanation. Understand she will mainly see the children patient, a good alternative to PD in the area.

β β β β β The doctor (Dr.Gwee Sheau Min) there was very thoughtful to help me write a letter about my condition so that when I bring it to polyclinic, it would be clearer and easier for the doctor there to follow up.Thanks and recommend her services.

β β β β β Dr Ng is an extremely caring and sincere doctor, I would even say he's probably the nicest doctor I've ever met in my life. Grateful to have met him!

β β β β β Doctor Ng Chin Hwee is probably the least professional doctor I've seen.
- Knows no boundaries, probes on private matters and is judgmental of patient's life choices
- Almost scornful of patient's concerns and needs. 0 patience
- Makes constant small mistakes (failed to add date to medical report, fail to correctly perform COVID test, etc.)
Doctor Gwee on the other hand is super friendly and professional, but she's so popular that you almost never get her (even if you specifically ask for her!!)

β β β β β The male doctor seems to have a bad impression of nsfs. Heβs very stringent on MCs and fails to assess patients for their symptoms are rather looks at them as chao kengs.

β β β β β I visited the clinic for the first time and found Dr Ng as well the staff at the clinic very friendly and patient. I am surprised by some of the bad reviews here. Maybe the clinic should find out what went wrong. My visit was very comfortable.
