★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to their clinic for two laser tattoo removal sessions. Was turned off after the second visit. Dr and nurses are arrogant. Dr scoffed at me when I returned after several months for my second session. Seems like they cater to the ‘rich’. The amount of numbing cream applied was pathetic. Dr is expressionless. He just walks in to do the procedure then he’ll leave when it’s done. It’s like they are the only laser tattoo removal clinic in Singapore and I’m dying to be served.

Clinic is very flexible with their packages. I completed the tattoo removal but had remaining credits, and I was allowed to utilise them (with cash top-up) for other treatment.
Had my sessions with Dr Toby and the friendly and very experienced assistant (I’m so sorry I forgot her name) who always ensured I’m comfortable on every visit :)
Would definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my procedure done several months and have waited to see how it has fared.. I found the staff helpful and Serene Seah-Ma, who did rhe procedure, was friendly and is very good at what she does! It looks natural. I have had lots of compliments. I do recommend using Freia.

I had very a bad dark eye circle before. And I go for what they suggested for me. Neuron Plasma & Rejuran treatment. 3 visits total, and today is my 3rd visit, notice that my dark eye circle has improve a lot , not as tired eye like a panda like before ?.
More confident for my eye now. Result is significant.
Really happy with their overall service & result quality.

Hair transplant is the cure & it works! Had my hair transplant with Freia medical last Nov and by the 3rd month, I have regained recruit botak hair. Now, at the 5th month, all my hair has regrown and I'm no longer feeling embarrassed going for a haircut due to baldness.
