Service staffs gave me a very warm feeling everytime I visit the clinic. Dr Tan is also patient and provide great advise on how to maintain our skin.

I am currently undergoing eye bag removal and pigmentation removal treatments with Dr Tan. Dr Tan is very professional, patient and meticulous, and his team of staff is friendly and helpful too. My eye bag removal treatment went smoothly & the recovery was not too bad.

Its the worst, if i am able to give 0star, i would do so. Because they dont even deserve a 1star review. So i am going to break down into 3parts why was it the worst experience. Firstly, appointment making. Even when i made my appointment one month in advance, i was asked to change my appointment timeslot. The frequency of them asking you to change your appointment date/time is very high. Not the first time i encounter such issue. So in summary, even if you make your appointment 1 month in advance or whatsoever, do expect changes. To add on, whenever i want to make appointment at 6pm, the reaction i get from the staff will be “huh.. so late ah?”. And was usually asked to come earlier whenever i have had a 6pm timeslot. The impression you get from such response is that they want to end work earlier. There were also times i have to wait for at least an hour even after i arrive. Secondly, services. simple tasks like asking for all of the 5 sessions photo, it was unprovided. Was only given an overall before and after photo. Is it so hard to even send the requested photo? Or that they are so lazy to even work on it? On the other hand, the consultant named Jess, was really the worst you can imagine, to keep the description short about her, greedy, dishonest and no transparency in whatever that comes out of her mouth. Yes she is a “consultant”, for some instant, i thought she’s a doctor, because she act like one. Anyway let me further elaborate on the lack of transparency, before i agree to do treatment, i was told that profhilo filler was $1k market price, but after 5sessions, when i asked about the price of profhilo filler, was told that the price increased to $1.2k. So be prepared to pay for more than what she mentioned when the billing comes. Do expect some hidden cost. By looking at some of the reviews here, i believe that there are other victims as well. Oh not forgetting, Jess asked me to write good review for this clinic, but of course, after having such bad experience, who will even bother to write good review. So after i rejected, i was then offered some free gift if i were to write good review. Of course i didnt bother to ask what free gift will be offered and continue rejecting. If you want to offer free gift, then you should have offered it when you ask a person to write a review. Not after a person rejects it. Lastly, overall result. I would say that the overall improvement was only at 10-15% after spending so much. With the amount spent, i strongly believe that i can get better result if i were to go to another clinic. Moreover, after all of the treatment, i ended with a deeper nose scar. Had to go for review session twice, after two review session, was shock that jess told me my nose scar recovered, when the scar is still deep. She added on that the next time will need me to do treatment. Basically asking me to pay again. All in all, i strongly discourage and does not recommend this clinic.

Came here for acne scars removal treatments. Result proven and are awesome & effective. Doctor and staffs are professional and friendly. The environmrent are cozy and no hardselling feeling. The staffs explained to me very clearly and comfort me during procedure. Highly recommended to visit. ???
