Service was good and food was not bad. I would say nothing mind-blowing but decent. The ambience is OK and good for business discussions.

Good place for dim sum at mbs. Dim sum last order is 330pm! The great thing is that the portions are pretty big, so do take note!

The dishes are considered above average. The fish was overcooked. The Peking duck taste so so only. But the service staff are very attentive and polite.

Impeccable service and best food in Sands. The only trouble is difficult to find the place. It's like a treasure hunt for 30 min even with Google location. We have to ask around. The direction in Sands for it is virtually none.

Hor Chiak ! Teochew cuisine located at Marina Bay Sands Hotel for a quick luncheon. Menu offered was rather extensive with varied range of meats, seafood n veggies cooked in a variety of ways. Duck seemed popular n well presented. Beef too came in a variety of cuts n cooked in several forms. Seafood was fresh n prawn/lobster dishes were also available. Service was attentive n prices were reasonable. Seatings was fair n tables well spaced throughout the restaurant. An enjoyable hour of lunch dining n well recommended if one had guests to entertain as waiting time both for tables n service of the food was minimal n tolerable. Dim sum dishes are also an added variety.

Not worth a second visit, I don’t mind paying a premium but the food has to be worth the price - sadly it’s not the case here. What’s decent was their Peking duck, it’s not bad (but I’ve been spoiled by the standard from Hong Kong - not comparable). However, the second dish, salt-pepper fried duck from the carcass was not edible - the meat was so dry, rough and hard to chew let alone swallow. We also ordered char Siew, and this take the crown of the worst char Siew I’ve ever tasted - imagine eating cardboard soaked in char Siew sauce. The only upside of the meal was Dry fried beef noodles and the eggplant that tasted how it should. But not good enough reason to ever come back.

I found the food to be pretty average despite being labelled as fine Chinese restaurant. The char siew was dry and did not have the charred fragrance. The rest of the food was pretty average. The only dish that impressed was the prawn congee which was light and sweet. Overall decent experience but was expecting more.
