β β β β β Had Baileys Bobashake and that we really good. Seems the pearls are more chewy but soft. Choose less sugar but sweetness was good enough for me after the lunch. Also had Grapefruit tea also nice. Not only like grapefruit flavor tea but more like grapefruit juice with maybe jasmine tea. Fancy refreshment.

β β β β β So good! Honestly, HeyTea is one of my favorite bubble tea places in Singapore. It's becoming a weekly routine. Yes, the wait is long--but there's a lot of people in the Marina Bay area (especially on a weekend) and only a few options for bubble tea. I usually get the brown sugar boba tea, but the grapefruit boom is also good and so refreshing!

β β β β β Hey tea used to have Orange Bloom (orange green tea) when they first arrived on our shores.
Sad that it has been removed and happy to see Tangerine Blast! (Which is similar)
The queue is long and the wait advisory is not accurate. There was 24 cups in front of us, they told us that the wait is an hour but it was done in 20 mins.
We went off and picked it up later, the item was sitting there w ice semi melted
:(
Still taste pretty good though.

β β β β β Very very slow service! Look at how many drinks are preparing with ZERO available for pick up. 3 persons working but working really slowly is equal to only 1 pax working. The person only keep saying 10 mins 10 mins. My order is 15:09, now is 15:27. You didnβt even need to cook our order!

Grapefruit boom
Personally Iβve always been a fan of their fruit tea series as they use real fresh fruit and nice aroma tea.
The fruit is sour with a hint of sweetness. The shaved ice makes it better.
They make your tea according to order. Iβm not surprised if it takes abit of time comparing to other boba chain, itβs about the same. They donβt just mix syrup and give it you.
