★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly wasn't very impressed with our dining experience here at MBS. Was expecting it to be much better, considering that they're one of the most premium of shopping malls in the whole of Singapore. That said, the baseline expectation is there as with many HDLs.
The 6 of us were unfortunately housed in a smaller round table (and they had bigger tables for sure) that was probably for 4-5pax, causing all our food items to be stored on side shelves, making the dining experience very cluttered.
Given the crowd that evening, there were tables that would have been suited for our needs, and service that'd be better for a Platinum member that has been around other HDLs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of course service is good, and they have lots of gimmicks to keep customer happy, but honestly, the quality and standard of the food is what matters most. Sadly to say, and not as a surprise, the quality has dropped so much. Soup base tasted a lot more diluted than before. Portion of food items were also greatly reduced. My goodness, 4 miserable slices of snow fish at $21, really a mistake by ordering it. I don't think I will ever eat at HDL again unless of course like 10 of my friends wanna go for some occasion, but I really doubt so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appreciate sis 王爱莲 for her splendid and marvelous service, she was friendly and approachable, really grateful for such lovely lady to serve us. Keep on keeping on.
Somehow some waiters weren't seem happy for their current job, especially for the guy who was station at the seasoning bar.
And also, please re-educate the staffs (not 王爱莲) for not talking so fast, me and my partner couldn't even understand what they were talking about, it sounds like fast-forwarding or rushing and we couldn't catch complete sentence, which makes us really uncomfortable.
