Meeting scheduled more than a week in advance. Unfortunately on the actual day the meeting time was delayed twice due to the earlier client came in late. Upon arrival I was told to wait another 10 minutes. Due to the poor time management I decided not to continue with engaging the ID service.

After scouting out more than 5 IDs. we finally decided to go with IndoorArt. From the first meeting, Vanessa was friendly and patient and willing to answer any questions and queries that we had. She listened to our ideas and prepared a detailed proposal which included a space saving solution for our kitchen which was extremely cramped. The price for the reno was reasonably priced and even included a goodwill discount! During the selection process, she went down with us two to three times to select the tiles, counter tops, bathroom and lighting fixtures. She also provided helpful suggestions on what fittings to buy/color combinations. The actual renovation was completed in about 6 weeks, a good pace taking the covid 19 situation into consideration. Although, there were minor mishaps during the renovation such as the glass backsplash breaking during installation, but she was always present on-site to rectify the situation. Overall, we were very satisfied with Vanessa and the service that IndoorArt provided. Thank you for helping to build our cozy home.

I stumbled across IndoorArt over Instagram and it was a pleasant surprise through my whole ID/ renovation journey. I liaised with Vanessa throughout and she has been really patient and offered different practical suggestions. I gave her quite a tight timeline to complete the works (sorry, Vanessa!), and she made it on time! She works with her crew of contractors to ensure everything went on as planned. I have heard and known of nasty ID studio stories and met up some nasty consultants too, but I know things are different with Vanessa from IndoorArt. She has truly changed my perspective of ID firms. Highly recommend!

Vanessa was one of the IDs choosen for me by Qanvast. After a meeting with her, I decided she is the one. I still went out to meet the others but I have already set my mind on Vanessa even though her quote was not the cheapest. It was for a small project. To rebuild the master bedoom. This is not the first time I'm dealing with IDs and renovation work. When other ID seem less interested in the project, Vanessa gave me full attention - showed me new materials and other alternative for the project. She treated it like a full renovation work. Lucas was assigned to oversee the project. A pleasant person to work with. The whole experience was great and everything went smoothly as planned. Detailed updates we given. You can be assure your home is well taken care of.

We received good suggestions from Vanessa and Lucas throughout the renovation period. Their patience and support services are superb. The end result exceeded our expectation and the project was completed in due time – no easy feat during this COVID juncture. Thanks Vanessa and Lucas.

Vanessa was very detailed oriented and has been ensuring us of all the work that needs to be done and Lucas was so helpful for getting all the things done and answering all our queries during the installation process. The whole thing was nicely done up! Really love our customised cabinet and it is exactly how we want it to be! The young lady Boss (Vanessa) has been a great help to the renovation of my place. The experience with her has been great, as she is sincere in listens to her clients needs and providing advice, rather than just wanting to “sell” their services. Her attitude towards service is good, and she is responsible in getting things done. Will continue to engage her going forward.

Vanessa was introduced by my friend. We spoke to 3 IDs and decided to went ahead with her. She has proven to be an efficient ID who delivers quality work as per contractual requirements. She is diligent and effective in her managing her sub-contractors with timely updates via WA without us having to be on site most of the time. We trusted and let her handle any issues. There's no 100% perfect renovations but I'm glad she managed to rectify most of the issues we bought up and went extra mile for us. No regrets engaging Indoor Art for my first nest.
